The legal operator configured above arranges private chauffeur transfers under the Taxi2Airport Brussels brand. Depending on the journey, transport may be performed by an authorised professional driver or partner. The booking summary states the essential details: route, date, time, vehicle, passengers, price and payment method.
2. Quote and booking formation
The calculator estimates the journey using the addresses and selected category. The server rechecks the route and fare when the request is submitted. A reference confirms receipt of the request; operational acceptance remains subject to availability and the confirmed status communicated in the passenger account or by message. Report incorrect information immediately.
3. Price and payment
Prices are shown in euros and use the active fare settings when the booking is created. The total accepted before payment covers the described journey unless you later request a change, exceptional waiting, an extra stop, a toll or another clearly accepted charge. Stripe processes card payments; cash is due as stated in the confirmation. Successful payment does not replace the vehicle-availability check.
4. Passenger responsibilities
The passenger must provide accurate contact details, accessible addresses, schedules, party size, luggage and relevant constraints. The passenger must remain reachable and be present at the agreed time. Children must use legally required restraints; child seats, special assistance, animals or oversized luggage must be accepted before the journey.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Request any change or cancellation through support as early as possible. It takes effect once acknowledged by Taxi2Airport Brussels. Any applicable deadline, charge or refund condition must be shown before booking or in the confirmation; mandatory rights remain unaffected. When a card refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method and may take several banking days. The general 14-day withdrawal regime may not apply to passenger transport booked for a specific date or time.
Use the contact details in your booking confirmation or your passenger account.
6. Flights, delays and waiting
A flight number helps dispatch but does not guarantee live external tracking. Tell support as soon as possible about a delay, cancellation or terminal change. Driver and passenger must make reasonable efforts to meet; extended waiting or a replacement pickup may require a new confirmation.
7. Luggage, safety and conduct
Choose a vehicle suitable for the party and luggage. A driver may refuse transport that is illegal, unsafe, abusive, exceeds vehicle capacity or jeopardises safety. Smoking and vehicle damage are prohibited. Passenger-caused damage may be charged upon evidence, within the limits of applicable law.
8. Liability
The service is provided with reasonable professional care. Travel times remain subject to traffic, weather, controls, road closures and events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud, gross negligence or personal injury where the law prohibits exclusion.
9. Personal data
Data processing is explained in the privacy notice. Never send a card number or sensitive document in booking notes or over WhatsApp.
10. Complaints, governing law and version
Contact support first with the booking reference so a solution can be sought. Belgian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. The competent courts are determined by applicable rules. Effective version: 28 July 2026.
